To enroll, you must create an account with accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Enrollment and access
- We grant a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials.
- Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled participants.
- We may reschedule or replace instructors with comparable expertise when necessary.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Taxes may apply. Our refund policy is described on the FAQ page and may vary by course type.
Acceptable use
- Do not harass or harm other participants.
- Do not post unlawful or infringing content.
- Do not share private course materials publicly without permission.
Intellectual property
Course content is protected by copyright and other laws. You retain rights to your original work submitted in courses; you grant us a limited license to display it to your cohort for educational purposes.

We provide educational services and do not guarantee publication or specific outcomes. The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Governing law
